Open Level Adult Yoga



This adult yoga class, designed for both those new to yoga and those with an established practice, will bring you into a deeper relationship with your body.  Sound biomechanics and spot on alignment cues combine with a playful philosophy to take your practice to a new level.  All levels welcome.

Teen Yoga

In today's challenging world, our ability to stay grounded, connected and present can make all the difference.  Teen Yoga is designed specifically for 12-18 year olds will challenge the body while creating a safe place to gather and learn about ourselves so that we can step into our power.  The benefits of yoga and dance classes in a teens life include: greater confidence, better body awareness, strength and flexibility, and an increased ability to regulate emotions. All levels welcome.
